The gown made of matte dull finished fabric features the pressed pleat front and back with full generic black velvet around the front and neck. The package also includes the velvet tam. There are four. six and eight sides tam in black and dark blue with the gold bullion tassel. The tam is adjustable as there is a velcro enclosure in the back.
